Professional certification. Professional attitude.
Extreme Carpet Cleaning & Restoration is proud to hold certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (the IICRC) as well as being a member of the Carpet and Rug Institute (CRI).
What does that mean for you? Well, besides the confidence that our technicians adhere to strict cleaning and floor care guidelines, policies and procedures, it also means that we care enough about your home’s floors to make sure we are using the right cleaning techniques, employing the best possible products and machines, and advancing our knowledge of how to clean just about anything that stains or discolors your floors. Learn more about these two industry oversight organizations:
Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC)
The IICRC is a certification and standard-setting non-profit organization for the inspection, cleaning and restoration industries. In partnership with regional and international trade associates, the IICRC serves more than 25 countries with offices in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Japan.
Regular professional cleaning using a IICRC technician is as important to your carpet as having a trained mechanic perform routine tune-ups on your car. While your carpet may appear clean on the surface, periodic cleaning by a certified technician can remove what you can’t see and help your carpet retain its fresh, beautiful appearance.
The Carpet and Rug Institute (CRI)
The mission of the CRI is to educate consumers, commercial stakeholders and the industry about carpet and rugs. From health benefits and environmental efforts to trends and advice, they are there to inform their members and their customers. CRI initiatives help protect carpet’s life and beauty and lead to smarter buying decisions on cleaners and equipment.
